These terms govern text messaging between you and Go Poddy, a brand of Mosher Group, LLC ("Go Poddy," "we," "us"), at our number 833-GO-PODDY (833-467-6339). By sending us a text message, you agree to these terms.

The program

Our text messaging is conversational customer care. When you text us with a question about our products, your order, or how the Poddy works, we reply by text to help you. We do not use this number to send automated marketing or promotional campaigns.

Your consent

When you initiate a text to 833-467-6339, you consent to receive text messages from us in reply to your inquiry. You are not required to consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how often you text us. Because our messaging is conversational, you will generally only receive messages in response to your own.

Cost

Go Poddy does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP (or another common opt-out word such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation and then no further messages, unless you text us again. Texting us again after opting out will opt you back in.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your phone number and the contents of your messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your phone number or SMS opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
